Understanding of the working principals of the F2E series of injectors. How the oil runs trough the injector and how the pressure and injection control is made.
Full disassembly of the injectors with explanation of every single part and whats problems can be caused by each part.
Injector complete assembly with measures and validation done by testing it at carbon zapp MTBrX testbench.
Meet Arthur Bonachella
I am a Brazilian expert in diesel injection system repair, with a degree in Mechanical Engineering and 8 years of experience in the field. I began my career at 18, spending 4 years working hands-on in diesel injection system repairs.
Since then, I have dedicated myself to training others, having taught over 40 classes and approximately 500 professionals in 8 different countries. My expertise lies in delivering comprehensive, practical training to those looking to advance their skills in diesel technology. I look forward to meeting you and sharing my knowledge.
What will the student learn?
- Diagnostic, disassembly, inspection of possible problems and how the Injector operates.
- Analisis of all the parts, checking the sealing surfaces of NCV and OMV valves. Checking measures of the valves and operation of the injector.
- Testing using Carbon Zapp MTBr-X bench to check all testing points are ok, and corretcting if necessary.
- Understanding correlation between test results and injector repair program.
