Denso injector disassembly, testing of all the return flows of the injector. Complete assembly with all the measuring and bench testing.
Meet Arthur Bonachella
I am a Brazilian expert in diesel injection system repair, with a degree in Mechanical Engineering and 8 years of experience in the field. I began my career at 18, spending 4 years working hands-on in diesel injection system repairs.
Since then, I have dedicated myself to training others, having taught over 40 classes and approximately 500 professionals in 8 different countries.
My expertise lies in delivering comprehensive, practical training to those looking to advance their skills in diesel technology.

What will the student learn?
- Diagnostic, disassembly, inspection of possible problems and how the unit Injectors works.
- Rectifying all the sealing surfaces and reassembling the injectors ensuring all the measures are done before testing and all the necessary valves are changed.
- Testing using Carbon Zapp MTBr-X bench to check all testing points are ok, and corretcting if necessary. Understanding correlation between test results and injector program repair.
